I have been fascinated by the mind-brain-body connection since 1984. The more I learned through my studies of psychology, anatomy and neuroanatomy, the more I came to understand and appreciate the depth of impact we can have on our own wellness. Through the process of discovering different holistic wellness practices, I began to learn about Laughter Yoga in 2017.
It was truly a moment of wondering, "Why doesn't everyone actively choose to laugh for their health given all the known health benefits?" Laughter Yoga is an easy and fun way to add laughter to one's life without the use of jokes: an exercise practice available to everyone, regardless of age or education and is literally just a hearty, happy exhale away. With extensive training in the benefits of laughter, creativity and playfulness, I passionately share these strategies to help others live healthier, more joyful lives.
I have a relaxed, engaging, fun style which will help you easily develop the skills to enjoy a more mentally and physically resilient life and a life lived with greater joy and contentment.
I’ve now been sharing Laughter Yoga sessions with individuals, assisted living centers, anxiety support groups, the general public and more since 2018. Whether it’s a one-on-one consultation, a small group workshop or a large presentation, I can create a program that’s designed specifically for your needs.
