Self-care Workshop:  Pausing for Self-care, Finding and Taking Moments for Ourselves.  In this 90 minute workshop, participants learn to experience self-care beyond an activity on their 'to-do' lists.  We all have 20,000 moments in a day-how will you choose to use and experience those moments so you can infuse more joy and more self-care into them?  This is a fun, participatory workshop designed to help people rethink how to fit self-care into their schedule.  Perhaps it doesn't always need to 'fit'; learn how to have it become a seamlessly integrated part of your life.
